1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cubble. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful profile information
• Not creating fake or impersonating accounts

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or violent content
• Share false or misleading information (AI editorial content is fact-checked)
• Cheat, exploit, or manipulate the trivia, scoring, or rewards systems
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App
• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Impersonate another person or Cubble AI model
• Spam, scam, or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (posts, comments, stories, images). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use your content within the App.

You are solely responsible for your content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

Cubble features AI-generated editorial posts, model personas, voice notes, and trivia questions. This content is generated by AI systems based on verified cultural information. AI-generated posts are labeled as such. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all AI-generated content is free from errors.

6. Pricing

Cubble is free to use. All game modes, features, and content are available at no cost — the app offers no paid features, purchases, or subscriptions. Cubux is a virtual currency earned through gameplay only.

7. Virtual Currency (Cubux)

Cubux (CX) is a virtual currency earned through gameplay and social activity. Cubux has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We may adjust earning rates, prices, or available items at any time. Exploiting the currency system may result in account suspension and forfeiture of Cubux balance.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, Cubble AI models, editorial content, trivia questions, and software, is the property of Eternal Vanguard Studios and is protected by intellectual property laws. Patents pending.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of trivia answers or AI-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eternal Vanguard Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
